I have been working out since I was in college and everyday there after I make it a point to be able to workout at least three times a week or more.
During my college days, going to the gym has been my stress buster specially when I have a busy week full of projects and exams, and specially when it is nearing my finals, they would notice that I go to the gym almost every day even for just a thirty minute workout on the treadmill which just removes the stress I am feeling. When I was already working,
I would drop by the gym either before I go to work in the morning or in the afternoon before I go home. I am not a vegan nor a vegetarian, but I eat very little meat and have been very conscious of what I eat specially on portioning and how it is being prepared and cooked. And I eat very little to non of processed and preserved food as I prefer those nearest to its natural form and if possible organic. Now that I am on my sixties, already a retiree and have all the time in my life working out and enjoying my healthy active lifestyle and still wanted to look fit and fab.
I am very careful as most of people of my generation are now suffering from Type 2 diabetes. I think I needed this routine much since as we grow older, our metabolism slows down, and I do not want some parts of my body sagging and I would never agree to that it is normal as we grow old to have a sag here and flab there. Well, living a healthy lifestyle is one way to keep medications away, and I am now very ready to be in my bikinis this coming summer.
